Garden District

Lakeshore – Lake Vista

Lakeshore – Lake Vista is one of the prime neighborhoods in New Orleans and lies to the south of Lake Pontchartrain. The community of 3,872 residents is considered to be one of the best in which to raise a family. More than 80 percent of the residents in Lakeshore – Lake Vista own their homes. The median home value is $442,555.

West End

The West End is one of New Orleans up and coming neighborhoods. A lot of young families are moving into the urban district, with many businesses opening up within walking distance. The median price of homes in the West End is $337,003.
